MENTOR Canada engaged a panel of HR professionals from Starbucks for this Pathways & Perspectives program which is part of our Power of Mentoring campaign across Canada. The panelists shared their career experiences and insights on how to prepare for and navigate a job search and succeed once hired early in one’s career. We focused on topics related to resume writing, interviewing, networking, skill development and staying motivated. The project included a facilitated panel discussion followed by plenty of time for Q&A with young leaders ages 18-25 from across Canada.
