What is the Mentor Connector?
Mentor Connector is an online platform that links volunteer mentors and mentees with the right mentoring program. The connector will help us scale up and out mentoring opportunities and connect volunteers with the right program type and opportunity in their community or online. Wherever you are in Canada, we want to connect you with a mentoring opportunity that is right for you.

Why Post Your Mentoring Opportunities on Mentor Connector?

  • Free and easy to get started;
  • Access to volunteers in your community and across Canada;
  • Target recruitment by geography, demographic, program type and interests;
  • Raise the profile of your mentoring programs and initiatives;
  • Join a national network of mentoring partners;
  • Use real-time data to see who is viewing your opportunities and evaluate your recruitment strategy;
  • In the future, automatically have your volunteer opportunities posted to national and partner recruitment databases, (which could reduce your workload in having to repost opportunities to multiple locations).
